FlyInClouds return policy

FlyInClouds's return policy depends on the type of ticket and the circumstances of the cancellation. FlyInClouds will process refunds to the original payment method, or to FICWallet.

Flight tickets

Cancellation before 24 hours: You may be eligible for a refund, but you may also have to pay cancellation and convenience fees.

Cancellation before 48 hours: You may be eligible for a full refund, depending on the offer.

Airline cancellation: You may be eligible for a full refund if the airline cancels your flight.

Partial cancellation: You may be charged normal cancellation penalties.

Date changes: You may not be eligible for a zero cancellation offer if you change the date of your flight.

Train Tickets

Cancellation before the chart is prepared: You may be eligible for a full refund, depending on the Railway Refund Rules.

Cancellation after the chart is prepared: You may need to file a TDR online to claim a refund.

Refunds

FlyInClouds will process refunds within 72 hours of receiving the request.

The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method.

Refunds for bookings over six months old may be transferred to your FICWallet.

You can use FICCash in your FICWallet to book future travel.
